Mr. Raj Kumar Saxena  Principal Bachelor of Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Specialized Hotel Management with work experience since 1976. Specializing in H.R.D. and Service Marketing, he takes a special  interest in Food & Beverage. He has also been a  CHRIE (International Council of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Education) member for a decade. Mr.Saxena has authored a coffee table book on Awadhi cuisine.
