Specializing in H.R.D. and Service Marketing, he takes a special interest in Food & Beverage. He has also been a CHRIE (International Council of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Education) member for a decade. Mr.Saxena has authored a coffee table book Dastarkhwan-e-Awadh on Awadhi cuisine. He is also a member of The Hotel and Restaurant Classification Committee for the Award of Star category.
