  1. Meneck Shaw Endowment Scholarship (1971) awarded to the student standing Second in the Final Year National Council exam.

  2. Belfield-Smith Endowment Scholarship (1971) to the student standing first in second year final exam.

  3. Ratanbai and Hormusji Bhabha Endowment Scholarship (1979) awarded to the student securing the highest mark in the Food & Beverage Service practical Exam. in the Final Year National Council exam.

  4. Sorabji Bhabha Endowment Scholarship (1979) awarded to the student securing the highest marks in Food Production in the National Council Final Year Exam.

  5. Merit-cum-Need Scholarship awarded by Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India)

          Terms and conditions:

To be awarded on a continuing basis till the students complete the 3rd year HMCT  

(i) No. of scholarships - one  

(ii) Value of scholarship Rs.15,001- per year.  

(iii) Total income of parent/guardian &om all sources should not be more than Rs.100001/- per month.  

(iv) The student should secure and maintain minimum of 50% aggregate on a continuing basis throughout his/her  

      academic career at the Institute (at each of the examination conducted internally by the Institute, as well as the. 

      National Council for Hotel Management) failing which the scholarship will be cancelled.

  2. Cash Prize by the Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western Region) to the student who stands first in Second Year National Council Examination.

  3. Cash Prize awarded by the Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western Region) to the student who stands first in Third Year National Council Examination.

  4. Cash Prize awarded by the Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western Region) for the highest marks in Cookery Practicals in First Year National Council Examination.

  5. Cash Prize 1warded by the Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western Region) for the highest marks in Cookery Practicals in Second Year National Council Examination.

  6. Cash Prize awarded by the Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western Region) for securing the highest marks in Cookery Practicals in Final/Second Year National Council Examination.

  7. Belfield-Smith Endowment Cash Prize Awarded to the student standing first in the Second Year National Council Examination.

  8. Thangam Philip silver medal to final year Student getting highest marks in the Hotel management.

  9. Chandrashekhar Nayar Endowment Cash Prize awarded by the parents and sisters of the late Chandrashekhar Nayar, ex-student of the Institute to the Student who obtain highest marks in Food Production Practicals in the first Year National Council Examination.

  10. Food Service Management Endowment Cash Prize to the student of the Certificate Course in Hotel & Catering Management for the highest marks awarded by the students of the Food Service Management course of June- October, 1975.

  11. Cash Prize for the best two projects in the Post. Graduate Diploma Course awarded by Diner's Club.

  12. Cash Prize for the project in the Post Graduate Diploma Course awarded by Mr. B.H. Shahani.

  13. Smt. Lilavati Munshi Foundation Fund (AIWCFC) Cash Prize for the outstanding research project in the Post Graduate diploma Course in Dietetics and Hospital Food Service.

  14. The late Choonilal Bhatt calligraphy prize of Rs.300/ - donated by Late Mr. Rajoo Bhatt to the student having "best handwriting in the Second Year."

  17. Damodar Hari Gokhale Cash Prize to the student of the First Year Diploma Course who obtains the highest marks in Cookery Practicals in the National Council Final Examination.

  18. Mohinder Sethi Merit-cum Means (Loan) Scholarship for the Three Year Diploma Course in Hotel Management & Catering Technology, preferably to a student of the First year. The value of the Scholarship will be Rs.150/- per month, Students whose parents have an income of Rs. 1000/ - per annum or below are eligible. The student should preferably be a First Class student.

  19. Baljit Ajmani Endowment Silver Medal awarded to the best student of the Post Graduate Diploma Course in Dietetics & Hospital Food Service.

  20. Rotating Shield for the "Best Student of the Year" donated by the students of the Certificate course in Elementary Management of 1966-67.

  21. Rotating Shield for the student getting the highest marks in all practical subjects in the Third Year examination (Mid-terminal, Terminal & Preliminary) donated by the Defence Service Officers of the Certificate Course in Hotel Management of 1968-69.
